Dr. Toghral and staff have been great in providing good customer service. The front desk staff could use a refresher in "patient empathy" but that may be a holdover from the previous doctor's staff, who often came across as short on patience or lacking the ability to understand what the patient was going through at the time. That previous doctor (Moghissi) consistently demonstrated a dismissive attitude towards my concerns and questions, along with being near-impossible to schedule an appointment within 1-3 months. Perhaps she could also benefit from a course in "patient empathy". I'm pleased enough with Dr. T and staff to keep from changing doctors for now.
