My experience started with my appointment. I was seen shortly after I had arrived. I was impressed by the initial staff in their taking care of my situation. Alexa was the PA who helped me during my visit and provided the world class type of service I have come accustomed to at Prima Medicine. Alexa was attentive, listened to my problem and helped in coming up with a plan in order to remedy the issue. Thank you Alexa.
