Prima Medicine – South Riding Office

I had to change doctors after 20 years and found Dr. Rao's office through a list of local Privia doctors. My first appointment/physical with Dr Rao went great. I went to the South Riding office which is only open 2 days a week...but a very convenient for me. The Dr was friendly and took her time. The front office staff met me (and others) with smiles and were also very friendly and accommodating.

My experience at this doctor’s office exceeded my expectations. The staff and Doctor were very kind and friendly. The appointment was easy to make and convenient to my schedule. No issues with finding a parking spot. The building and office was professional and clean. Everything that a doctor’s office should be with a personal touch it kindness in a nutshell. Thank you for having me as a patient.
