Very good experience. Staff was very friendly, only had to wait a few minutes for the Technician. Dr. Rao was very helpful, listened well and gave good instructions. Very nice place for medical care. They also have a nutritionist on staff, very valuable.

Relatively new to this practice, but have had nothing but positive experiences so far. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They go above and beyond to accommodate you, especially when it comes to challenging schedules. From the front desk staff to the doctors, PAs, and lab staff- everyone is awesome. So happy to have finally found a PCP that I love. And even better, there is an urgent care on the lower level that is always open during inconvenient hours when most doctor's offices are closed. They are linked with Prima, so my doctor is given all information from my urgent care visit immediately through the same portal using my chart.

Just moved to VA from FL and needed to find a PCP due to a recent TIA and seizure. Came across Prima Medicine as a recommendation through my insurance. Had 2 visits with the care team and they have been amazing! Alexa P.A was extremely caring and supportive and always took the time to listen and explain on everything I had inquiries for. The nursing staff were all professional and gentle when it came to care and the front desk staff always welcomes you with a smile and is always prepared to get you scheduled for the next visit Very happy to have chosen this office and PCP, amazing team and caring staff!

Alexa is an outstanding Physician Assistant. She has been very helpful with my migraines as well as general health matters. She is a good listener and you feel very cared for. Highly recommend!
