Nurse Wang was very helpful, patient, and caring of my COVID health needs. She did not make me feel rushed during my appointment and was very patient and detailed when it came to answering all my questions/concerns. She was also very helpful to my family members when they saw her during the same week. Thank you Nurse Wang for all you do and for all the care!

This review is overdue, as I’ve now been with Prima Medicine for a year and a half. Dr. Rao is an outstanding clinician. She is an empathetic listener and she truly cares about finding solutions to improve my health. Making appointments is very easy, and the staff are all kind and helpful. Feeling grateful to be a patient at Prima!

Dr.Torno is kind and friendly and takes the time to listen to you. She answers all your questions and makes you feel well cared for. The online check in process is smooth and the wait time is short. The office staff were pleasant and welcoming. Very happy with my experience here.
